We currently have too much work and too few instructors.

We are looking for grade 5 or 6 Instructors to teach people to drive well and to go out of their way to be great Instructors.

If you are an established ADI, you probably get around 50% of your work via word of mouth and recommendations. This is fantastic and is only the result of your own hard work.

If this is the case why are you still paying the AA £191.83 per week and £29.26 for each pupil?

Or why are you paying BSM around £170 per week?

Bumpers is a small local company that serves Southampton, Winchester and Salisbury. We have small team of professionals who care how people drive and how they teach. We dont care about making a fast buck.

We dont offer unsustainable offers like 10 lessons for £99, thats madness. We simply offer great lessons at a reasonable price. We dont do price wars or undercutting the rivals. We offer quality above all else. So here is our plan..

Admitedly we do not provide a car, but a Getz or Corsa can be leased or bought for just £99 a month. Even with this cost,

the savings are huge. Ultimately, if you did leave your current franchise and didnt like it, you can always go back. Having said that, no body ever has...!
